Welcome to the 2026 Capital Women's Lacrosse Elite Prospect Day!

Our Capital Women's Lacrosse Fall Prospect Day includes a 2.5 hour clinic where each player will receive personal attention and coaching catered to their specific position, the opportunity to connect with the coaching staff as well as with current team members, and an optional Q and A session on student-athlete experience and campus tour. Our camps and clinics are not only for athletes eager to elevate their technical, mental, and physical skillset in order to play at the next level, but also for those who are new to the sport we love so much. Our main objectives include building each individual not only as lacrosse athletes, but as teammates, and people; highlighting their strengths and building upon their areas of improvement. Depending on the event, sessions will include age appropriate and skill specific elements such as small-sided play, live games, and fun activities. We program our events by taking skill level, weather, attendance numbers, and the duration of the event to provide a fun, safe, and competitive environment for attendees.

These combined factors will be achieved in a high-energy environment of positive reinforcement and communication designed to enrich each attendee's lacrosse experience. Our Capital Women's Lacrosse Coaching Staff and student-athletes are excited to work with future lacrosse stars and future Comets! Capital Women's Lacrosse camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).
