Refund Policy

1. Camp processing fees are non-refundable.

2. There are no refunds of any sort of if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event's start time.

3. For refunds related to medical reasons or family emergencies, a doctor's note or appropriate documentation must be provided within 1 (one) week of the event's start time. Full refunds, minus the processing fees, will occur. 

4. Partial refunds for any other reason can be requested after the initial sign-up, but no later than 1 (one) week prior to the event's start time.
